Located in Inglewood, CA, The Creative House presents its event space, the Cabana. In the spirit of giving back to the local community, this art gallery offers its open outdoor area for get-togethers. By opening up their venue for private occasions, co-founders Rasta Asaru and Khnum Alexander aim to foster an artistic and celebratory environment.
The Cabana boasts nearly 1,600 square feet of open-air space for up to 140 guests. Wicker lounge chairs and red benches provide comfortable seating options for visitors. The wooden partitions separate two seating areas, establishing an exclusive aesthetic. Modern fire pits and heat lamps bring warmth to the space on cooler days and evenings. Overhead, blue string lights cast a soft glow over evening events. For added shelter, a white tent can be raised towards the back of the space. Artistic salt lamps and a sculpture reflect the venue’s overall artistic ambiance.
This versatile venue was developed with the mission to provide the community with a space to celebrate art, empower education, and build relationships. In addition to hosting private gatherings, The Creative House offers a variety of workshops, seminars, and in-house theater productions. The Cabana event space can be combined with the venue’s other two event areas for larger occasions.
