Raised in an inner-city, single-parent household, I discovered the power of storytelling and self-expression through a high school theater troupe that created original plays based on real issues in our community. That path led me to a BFA in Acting (minor in Communications) from the University of Connecticut and ultimately, to a purpose-driven career helping others step fully into who they were meant to be.
