David Nowicki is public speaker and corporate speaker. David has been involved in engineering and supervision over the past 25 years. He continued and promoted the cultural of safety in the department to maintain a 25 year without a lost time accident while completing over 30 million dollars' worth of capital improvements to a 30 year old plant. David has also been there when a fortune 100 US lead company was sold to foreign interests. He was there when the week he preparing to sell his house the great housing bubble burst. Forcing to go through his life's' savings in order to stay financially solvent. At the age of 50, he enrolled in SEAL Fit and completed both the one week and Koro camp. Out of his boat crew which consisted of 8 people, all of whom where ½ his age, he and one other person completed the grueling 40 hour endeavor.
