Take a trip back in time when you're invited to talk to the once hero of The American Revolutionary War. Lend an ear to the man, the myths, and truths about the "Father of our
Country." From his birth place in Pope Creek, Va to the majestic Mt Vernon. Listen as President Washington talks about his adventures as a young adult with a friend Christopher Gist, to how he may have started the 7 years war to the American Revolutionary War. This is a very engaging tale that has a few programs. One for School children where Washington talks about the essentials of reading, education, standing up to bullies, and leadership. Also hear the life of Washington. For the schools I bring props, dress ups, and a lot of fun! Most programs are either 1 hour or all day or Weekends.
There is an adult program as well. It also talks about the life of Washington through the young years, 7 years war, The Revolutionary War years, and his Presidency. 1 hour program.
Other programs include General Washington of the Revolutionary war. This engaging program talks about President Washington's Rev War years. How he got the position as Commander-n-Chief, The war itself, and how he won the War! 1 hour program.
Another Program is the Presidency years! Here how he wanted just a normal life at Mt Vernon. How he was over the Constitution convention when the Constitution was being made, and also how he got elected. 1 hour program.

Recently, David Wolfe came to our library as President Washington. His costume was impressive, he stayed in character the whole evening and even allowed those in attendance to be photographed with him. Entertaining and full of interesting myth-busting facts and stories, his presentation kept our attention. Everyone present seemed to thoroughly enjoy the evening. Mr. Wolfe did an especially good job of including the children present. They, in turn, were very engaged and asked many questions at the Q and A time. I would not hesitate a moment to have Mr. Wolfe back again!

David, thank you again for a wonderful program you did for us here at George Coon Library last week. Needless to say, it was a great success.
You knew your subject, dressed authentic and presented your character in a very educational yet sometimes humorous manner. All enjoyed it!!!!
