Raging Gracefully is a five-piece classic rock band from the Fairfield County area in CT. We have received a 5 Star (highest) rating from clients who have booked us through TheBash.com. Frontman, Bob Hyland, is the band's lead vocalist. Bob is classically trained. He drives the band with a powerful and wide vocal range. A true veteran of the music industry, Bob has played throughout the Eastern U.S.. A native of Connecticut, Bob makes his home in Shelton, CT. Drummer, Ron Pessolano, keeps everyone on track with tight beats and adds his vocals to a few songs. Ron has more than 25 years experience. He was the drummer in a Credence Clearwater Revival Tribute Band that played throughout the Tri-State area called Bad Moon Rising. Keyboard player, George Leka, provides those classic piano, organ and string accompaniments that identified so many songs. He adds some lead vocals and harmonies along the way. The brother of the late performer/producer/song writer Paul Leka (most notably Na, Na, Hey, Hey, Kiss Him Goodbye – Steam and Green Tambourine-The Lemon Pipers), George really shows his talent on classic songs that have great organ and piano solos. Trumbull, CT is where George hangs his hat. Guitarist, Ron Jovanelly, brings a fourth vocal to the mix and adds the signature sounds of groups like Santana, CCR and The Hollies. A veteran of the music scene, Ron has the uncanny ability to capture the “feel” of artists like Carlos Santana, John Fogarty and Stevie Ray Vaughn which really adds to the musical experience. Ron is a resident of Milford, CT. Bass Player, Adam Stenzi, fills in the bottom with great bass patterns. He has performed in many bands over the years, playing rock, blues and metal. He also provides great high background vocals. His bass playing and harmonies bring a fullness to our performances. Band Substitutes: Steve Cinque, and Daniel Madeson are both professional lead singers and musicians who substitute when needed. Steve is also a bass player, and Daniel is a rhythm guitarist who recently released a new recording.
