Birthday Party (Adult)•Reviewed on June 30, 2025•From Charles City, VA

These guys accommodated a last minute tweak to start time, arrived early to setup and required zero maintenance from me during the party. The music was outstanding- countless guests came up during and after the party, talking about how great the band was. Definitely very glad we got these guys

Band was awesome. Weather was crummy but they did their best to play despite the circumstances. Arrived on time. Set up quickly. Very professional & personable. While the rain forced them to close down early, what we heard was great. Would definitely rehire them!

Birthday Party (Adult)•Reviewed on July 24, 2023•From Littleton, NC

The Phun Doctors were Phenomenon. They arrived early and were set up and playing ahead of the requested start time. The Music Selections were "spot on" and covered the requested time period. The Musicians were very proficient and accomplished. George Yacus, the Band Leader, was very accommodating with volume levels and selections. Overall, I would recommend the Phun Doctors heartily and and so glad we found them. They made the trip from Chesapeake to Gasburg Va and could not have been any better.

Retirement Party•Reviewed on August 1, 2022•From Carrollton, VA

Great experience from booking to post-gig interactions. Extensive and well recognized song catalog. Super flexible as they had to move from the outdoor location to the indoor location without a hitch. Tons of good comments from party goers. Good group of guys to make your event "phun." Would recommend!

Private Party•Reviewed on October 10, 2017•From Virginia Beach, VA

Hardest working band I have ever seen! George and the band worked with us to accommodate the unique location and timing. Provided me a recommended set list for the 3 hour event and responded to requests from friends and family attending. They sounded great and was the perfect band for a fun family gathering in VA Beach. A very strong thumbs up from us!

Private Party•Reviewed on October 1, 2017•From Norfolk, VA

A very fun, engaging, entertaining, and talented group. Sight unseen and based solely on Gigmasters website, we hired Phun Doctors for our military veterans reunion and our people loved them! Although we don't dance too much anymore, there was lots of toe-tapping, singing along, and group appreciation all night long! We even had an encore performance from a very talented Elvis! You can't go wrong with Phun Doctors. We highly recommend them to anyone who loves 60s and 70s music.
