Some Years Later was formed in the summer of 2005 by Robert Patrick - a veteran of countless venues and shows across North America for over 10 years. Robert has been involved with several projects, but the chemistry and music of SYL was just right. The SYL crew has played in various venues throughout the Midwest, playing their wicked riffs, catchy melodies, and overall intense energy. SYL has opened for multiple national acts, including Eddie Money, Uli Jon Roth, Jefferson Star Ship,Twelve Stones, Blue October and The Verve Pipe.
