Santa Michael hit it out of the park! Wow…truly authentic from entering the home with jingle bells-to the interaction with the kids!
The communication from the initial booking to the day of was perfect! With confidence we knew everything would be perfect…and it was!
The special touch with the slap bands and glove that Santa left behind was an additional surprise!
Highly recommend…and will be using Santa going forward!

Todd was a dream to work with - very friendly and professional! The Santa he sent to our company Christmas party was the real deal. His arrival really added magic to the party - kids and adults just loved him! I look forward to working with Todd for future events.

Santa was fantastic! He took time with each child individually, sang songs, had a Q&A with the kids and handed out candy canes and other small goodies to each child. He also interacted humorously with some of the adults which made everybody laugh. He was very professional as well. And the outfit he chose to wear was what I would describe as timeless and classy. We hope to welcome Santa back for future Christmas parties!

I felt when he showed up for the gig he was not very professional. He said to one my maintenance guys, well if the DAMb girls in the office would answer the phone. Then proceeded to have an attitude about parking and had an attitude with on one of the girls helping to put this event on. He did great face painting but I do not feel he any exiciting vibe or attitude that I feel a childrens performer should have. I would not use his services again

Yes, I did have an attitude, I tried calling repeatedly to contact this client regarding this event, with no response, when arriving at the gig, there was no place to park, luckily the Maintenance guy was around to help me! The contact was very unprofessional and never came out to greet me or show me the location to set up! When someone did appear she was confused and did not know what was going on. Then they tried to set me up in an area in the Sun, keeping in mind that I'm wearing a full fur bunny outfit and it's 90 degrees today. Then they gave me attitude about moving me to somewhere in the shade. This is a party I would never want to do again, and they are removed.
