Hampton Roads Santa was great! Kids loved all his tricks-- he did a great job staying in character and engaging with the kids! A few people were a little confused about Mrs.Claus jumping in all the photos, and that she didn't have white/gray hair haha!-- so I would maybe recommend asking if that is something that people would like. But overall everything was great!

Santa Claus was wonderful! He was more than accommodating with our family. He took extra care with our guests and was so gracious during picture taking etc.. The children were mesmerized and the adults entertained. We loved having him! Also appreciated his promptness and checking in with us ahead of arrival.
