When you book with Jersey Santa, you are guaranteed: - A pro Santa and Mrs Claus team who are both trained actors/singers with decades of experience - A real-bearded, professional Santa. No fake beards here! - A Santa and Mrs Claus who are impeccably dressed in the finest of designer North Pole suits - Excellent communication leading up to your event Our two Santa and Mrs Claus teams are highly-trained, professional performers with decades of stage and screen experience. Their charming and animated personalities are ideal for small groups as well as large events, parades, photography studios, and tree lighting ceremonies. They are all pro-level singers, and will arrive to your event in full costume and character. Home/family party visits typically last @ 30 minutes, and include story time, singing carols, passing out gifts, hearing wishes, and lots of amazing photo moments. Limited availability for Christmas Eve at only 4 appointment slots each year. We also offer corporate party packages or visits to your business at a two hour minimum. Our adorable helper elf, "Dwindle", is available for large events. Retainer (Deposit) Fees & Cancellations: Retainer Fees are fully refundable only if the event is canceled by JERSEY SANTA or due to a true Force Majeure event. (Force Majeure isn’t rain - clients should provide an indoor or covered backup for outdoor events. No free “rain dates” on prime dates. Outdoor Events are at Client's Risk - Full Event Fee will be due if cancelling for weather.) Retainers are not refundable if the event is canceled by the client, if insufficient contact/address info is provided, or if the facility is unsafe or unacceptable for the Jersey Santa team. JERSEY SANTA is not responsible for any damages due to canceled events and reserves the right to send alternate performers to fulfill the contract. Large Events & Timing: For large gatherings, please provide helpers to manage lines and crowds. JERSEY SANTA must depart promptly at the booked end time to reach other events. Additional time, if available, will be billed at the full quoted rate. Liability / Safety: JERSEY SANTA is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur at the event venue. Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for JERSEY SANTA team, guests, and helpers.
