Merry Minstrel has been providing entertainment in the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas for since 1972. It has been owned by Michele Lacy of Orlando, Florida for 22 years. Beginning as a singing telegram company in the early 1970's by Sidney Smith a famous celebrity photographer, Merry Minstrel quickly became an icon in the singing telegram fad of the 70's and 80's. Owned by Michele since 1988, Merry Minstrel has became a full service entertainment company providing not only singing telegrams, but, Bounce houses and inflatables, Clowns, face painters, magicians, balloon artists, stiltwalkers and the best of Holiday Entertainment. Located in Apopka, Florida, Merry Minstrel services all of Florida and would be happy to put together a fantastic event or provide an entertainer for a home party. NO event is to big or to small. Merry Minstrel takes Santa seriously. Santa must follow strict guidelines in order to keep the magic of Santa alive in young children. Even our Santa with a theatrical beard has very realistic facial hair and has a top notch costume that looks like he just stepped out of the North Pole. We do have English speaking as well as Spanish speaking Santa. All of our Santa's wear real boots not boot covers, velveteen costumes and carry bells. In addition to Santa we offer Christmas face painting, Christmas balloon twisting, Christmas stilt walkers, a Christmas Magic show and even real snow!
