Rich Kringle was fantastic. He looked great and the kids loved him. He was prompt and easy to work with. He passed gifts to the kids and spoke with them each for a minute about their holiday wishes. We would definitely request him again. I wish I had thought in advance about coordinating and activity after gifts and pictures were done, maybe either a story or songs. We did sing some songs, but because we hadn’t planned it ahead it made it tricky to find music and lyrics.

Mr. Kringle and his team were PHENOMENAL! I cannot recommend them enough! At the same time I want to be able to re-book them for next year, so I don't want people to find out how good they are! Our guests and staff cannot wait for next year, people are already trying to make their reservations!!

We booked Rich Kringle months in advance. Rich Kringle WAS NOT our Santa. We did not even get an email or a phone call explaining why. I got an email that said "Contact Santa Phil at (phone) about your event". My response was "Why am I calling Santa Phil?" Never got a response. So I called Phil who informed me that he was "assigned" to my party - lives in the next town. He said this happens all the time. There is a network of Santas who get assigned the "gig". Santa Phil is a stand up comic. He is NOT who we booked and we should have been given the courtesy of knowing. We feel like bait and switch victims. So, buyer beware!

Thank you....We are sorry you feel as you do. This is not a practice for us- Santa Phil was sent to cover your event to prevent a cancellation. To my understanding aside from what you believe to be a bait and switch, you were happy with Phil and even tipped him. Just the same I apologize that you feel you were duped. Certainly not our intention.

Rich Kringle was amazing. He was energetic and engaging children. The adults loved him too. He tells great stories and his suit and accessories were beautiful. Its obvious he puts his heart and soul in what he does. I truly believe he is Santa Claus. I would highly recommend hiring him for any function you may have.

Rich was excellent! He was on time, professional, and his appearance was absolutely amazing. We were blown away by his costume, and his dedication to the children. The kids loved him and had a great time. We would love to have him join us again next year!

We had a wonderful time and the kids had so much fun with Santa around! He was very knowledgeable about all things Santa, and very entertaining for the little ones and adults! We're already looking forward to next year's event.
