Awful. He canceled over two weeks before the event because he "might have" been exposed to COVID. Did not even bother waiting to get his test results before telling us he couldn't make the event. Also did not refund us on the deposit we sent to him beforehand. Seems like a scam to me!

He was wonderful! We had quite a lot of children and he made them all feel so special. He is very kind and soft spoken, just as you would imagine Santa to be. The kids each got time to talk with him and he sang Christmas carols with us & read the children a story. It was an experience all our families needed this year and I would highly recommend Santa Andrew to anyone searching for a magical Santa experience this Christmas.

Santa Andrew was a great addition to our party. Everyone was impressed, adults and kids alike. He looks like the “real deal” and was very responsive to communication before the event. We would definitely hire him again or recommend him to a friend!
