This is the real Santa. He came to our neighborhood and visited with over 70 children and gave such sweet care and attention to all. He even made a special stop to a neighbor who wasn’t able to make it to the event. If you need a Santa, this is your guy!!!

Santa Claus came on time but showed up with a black eye and cut nose. Not well presentable and for pictures

I sure wish you had been there so I could meet you and we could have canceled it before I started.
I'm sorry I looked like I did.. I was in an accident the afternoon before and my wife got on line and talked to our pharmacy and tried to cover it as best as she could. Among other injuries my nose was broken. I have to say I was not a pretty sight but we did what we could trying to look as good as we could for the kids, although apparently not enough for you. After seeing your poor review, I wish I had canceled your party. Yours is the only bad review I have ever received in my 22 years.

Santa is pure magic! He is professional and is perfection in all things Santa and Christmas!

Unfortunately it seems as if he didn’t receive/read the last message sent that answered what the childrens names were, ages and what we’d like to do with the hour. In there, we listed the kids names and ages and that we’d love him to read a book to them like, “The Night Before Christmas.” He called that morning though and said he didn’t have our address, and didn’t know the kids names or ages. When our daughter then asked him when he arrived what her name was, he couldn’t answer it. He also did not read a story as we requested and was only here for 30 minutes. $250 ($200 plus a $50 tip) is a lot for 30 minutes :-(

I am truly sorry that you were not happy with my visit.
My father has been hospitalized with some major health issues and with hindsight I should have cancelled the visit. I have been booked solid for the season and would not be able to rebook your party so I decided to go ahead and do it.
I did not have the kids names with me when I arrived, which is my fault. I gave you the idea that I could read a story but no book was discussed and I didn't have a book with me, again I apologize.
When I called you the morning of I only asked you for your address, I had the kids ages on my sheet but not their names for some reason again my fault.

Santa made the afternoon for our neighborhood kids so magical. He is one of a kind and a truly kind hearted, caring person. He took the time to talk to each of the kids and made them all feel special. We look forward to visits with him for many years to come!

Grand Rapids REAL Santa… on a 1 to 10 scale was easily an 11! He was perfect with the believing guests; he was so engaging and conversed in detail with each kiddo. After the kids were done chatting, he spread Christmas cheer with adults before heading back to the North Pole.
Our gathering was held outdoors at a private home. All guest wore masks and Santa wore a full-face clear shield. Before arriving, we discussed precautions that would take place to honor social distancing.
All involved had an amazing experience and we cannot wait to book Santa again next year.

To say that I was impressed would be a huge understatement. Santa was everything we could have hoped for and more. He was so welcoming and patient with the kids and jolly and friendly with the adults at our corporate event of 130 people. He is truly passionate about what he does (he says it's his "calling" and is the job he was born to do), and he was in character and professional from the moment he walked in the door until the moment he left. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to book him, do it early and quickly! We would use him again in a heartbeat!
