We asked they be very Santa like and say HoHOHo which they never did one time. Never even said Merry Christmas. Didn’t play the part

I am sorry that you felt this way. I do remember hearing a couple Ho,ho,ho's and I know that I did say Merry Christmas to all the kids. And, in our defense, it was pretty strange being set up outside in the cold and the dark. We had thought we might have a chance to mingle with the kids, but were rushed out of the house after only 20 minutes.
