My only complaint is that I wish he would have discussed payment and set-up details in a timely manner before the event. Thank you.

I do not like to bother the client with the payment, if you already pay half of the event, it is obvious that you need to have the other half of the payment ready on the day of the event.

I'm very glad to have found Ruben to play as a surprise for my sister's anniversary. He was just wonderful! Our whole communication went very well and he was quick to reply which made me feel secure for the whole process (especially since we were arranging this from different parts of the world - USA & Estonia). He also showed his thoughtfullness in arranging some extra parts of the performance, which made it turn out even better. My sister appreciated it a lot and so did I. Also, I heard him playing (through video call) and he plays that saxophone like a sweet devil! Looking forward to enjoying your music one day in real life!
