Joel T. Mosman & Wheelhouse Americana Band from Oklahoma City, OK

Joel T. Mosman is a tenured singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose performances seamlessly blend Americana, Rock, and Country Blues. With a lifetime of experience spanning the piano, guitar, banjo, harmonica, and vocals, his adaptable and improvisational style has earned him a place in the Oklahoma music scene. His original music, noted for its passionate expression and storytelling, has been featured in documentaries, podcasts, and earned him top honors in the Woody Guthrie Songwriting Contest. An accomplished stage performer, Mosman has played iconic venues and festivals including the Tower Theatre, The Oklahoma Rodeo Opry, and Woody Fest. Over his career, he has opened for music legends such as Roy Clark, Arlo Guthrie, and Jason Boland, bringing a dynamic, multi-faceted presence to every audience he reaches. Beyond his solo work, Mosman’s deep integration into the entertainment industry extends into extensive collaborative and technical production roles. As the frontman of the alternative country band Oklahoma Uprising, a performer alongside The Damn Quails, and a participant in hundreds of live jams with Oklahoma’s premier talent, he has built a profound network of musical peers. His technical expertise is equally robust, featuring professional work at the legendary Church Studio in Tulsa and an established career in the film and television industry with productions like Twisters, Tulsa King, The Lowdown, Reservation Dogs, and more. This perspective as both a performing artist and bi-industry professional naturally evolved into talent buying and event coordination, leading him to successfully book and manage live acts for popular regional concert series like Red Brick Nights and Downtown Downbeat. This vast network of highly qualified musicians and deep production expertise forms the foundation of Wheelhouse Productions, Mosman’s premier event entertainment company. Wheelhouse Productions is designed to offer prospective clients a comprehensive, scalable solution for weddings, corporate events, and private functions, providing everything from intimate acoustic soloists to full live bands, string quartets, and professional mobile DJs.
