KennySixString Singer Guitarist from Woodbury, NJ

Hello, I’m Ken Mattison an area musician, I’ve been playing in the tristate area for many years (guitarist and singer, in a Band and Solo). I play from a repertoire of over 400 cover songs from the 60s through the 1980s.I’m also a seasoned songwriter that just released an album of original songs entitled: Antiqua on the ShelterDog Records label. My home base is in Southern New Jersey, right now I play VFWs, Porchfests, small to medium Festivals, private parties and fundraisers, small bars. My music and performance videos are on www.shelterdogrecords.org I'm available to Gig just about any day. I prefer the NJ,PA,DEL,MD area I carry my own PA equipment and can size it from a large hall to a small intimate pub. My latest gigs were the APPEL FARM Arts Festival and the South River VFW. I carry a tip jar and pass my proceeds onto the local animal shelters in the form of Dog food, treats, chew toys etc... I've been playing out in both South Jersey and North Jersey since 1975. I also have played the marina districts in Maryland and Delaware My songfest includes songs that are mostly Folk Rock/Yacht Rock type tunes. (Think of James Taylor, Jim Croce, Jimmy Buffet, CSNY etc...) songs that most Baby Boomers grew up with. Full List available upon request I’m interested in performing around the Tri(quad) state region. I would also like to get my original material heard by a larger amount of people. My parents raised me on music education so I was always taking lessons and eventually attended music school where I learned to craft songs. Included in my current group of originals are 3 Civil War based tunes that I'm proud of.
