Madame Mackintosh has been Nominated for: Best Pop Album (San Diego Music Awards, 2011) Best Local Artist (Indie Ogden Awards, 2015) Artist of the Year (Josie Music Awards, Nashville, 2017.) Gypsy Soul, Salt Lake City Native, Singer-Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Brooke "Madame" Mackintosh is best known for unabashedly taking Top Billboard requests, playing classic covers from multiple genres and her Indie Mountain Soul originals. She created booked, promoted, hosted and performed alongside a long list of very talented Special Guest Artists in her self produced, "Spice Of Life Variety Show" which began in San Diego's Gaslamp District as "Brooklyn & Friends" in 2008. Recently coined a one woman human jukebox, whether providing her own full sound, including percussion, guitar and background vocals or collaborating with pro musicians in Madame Á Trois or Madame & The Magpies, when it comes to quality entertainment, The Madame provides. She began her professional music journey as "Brooklyn" in San Diego, CA in 2006 and since then, released multiple projects, collaborated on many albums and collected a few Award Nominations. She can be found spending quality time with her son, songwriting, or traveling to perform. Her specialty is using her versatile voice in the studio, on stage, taking requests, playing originals or supporting her favorite local artists.
