Soft Rock and Folk Singer Guitarist from Rochester, MI

I play what is best known as Soft Rock and Folk. Our guiding principle is that the Customer Controls the Volume - you tell me how loud or quiet you want the music. I can provide a full PA system, Mic(s), Mixer, Speakers (either 8" or 10" depending on the crowd size and location) etc. I can play loud if needed - but I am more at home providing background music that folks can either sing along with, dance, or just talk over. I can provide a second mic to allow guests to join in if that is wanted. I play a mainly a mix of more classic Soft Rock music which I arrange to suit a solo guitarist, including familiar songs by Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Clapton, Neil Diamond, Dylan, Billy Joel, Eagles, Dire Straights, Cat Stevens, James Taylor and Bob Marley, as well as a few more modern classics. I play select numbers of the "American Songbook" Of course I also play traditional American, British, Scottish and Irish Folk songs and my own songs if needed. I am open to discussing the play list if that will help you. On the night, I will need access to a 110v outlet and a "Point Person" to help ensure the correct volume level for the customer is set / maintained. He came and performed at my facility birthday party and had a great range of music. Very skilled and passionate with his singing and guitar playing. Before performing he made sure that the sound was good for the residents and showed me how to turn the music down if it became too loud for the residents. He was so kind to sing us a couple of extra song and we enjoyed every minute. He even told us a fun story and had a few jokes. It was a pleasure having him come and play. To any activities directors like myself in Michigan I would highly recommend that you book with him if you want to have someone good, professional and talent to perform for your residents. Or if your just someone looking for good entertainment. Either way he is awesome and I will definitely be booking again!
