Stephen Sunshine is a guitarist, singer from New York City. As a live event performer Stephen can perform up to 4 hours as a solo vocal/ guitar music and instrumental guitar. He performs classic rock, country, Irish, pop and jazz hits. Stephen is happy to add favorite songs of the clients to his ever growing song list. Stephen also knows a vast group of fellow musicians for hire if you would like a slightly bigger group. Stephen has a full PA system and all required equipment to perform. As a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist and music producer, Stephen has released 5 records and several singles as a member of the band Sunshine Nights. As a full time troubadour, Stephen has toured several times across the USA, France, Netherlands, Germany, Scandinavia, England, Ireland, Brazil and India. As a songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, banjoist, mandolinist, bassist and pianist etc, some of the musical groups Stephen works with now and in the past include: Allison's Disease, Play On Words, Matt Katz & the Sirens, The Neverbeens, Orange Monsoon, The Groove Steady Orchestra, Heroes Of The Open End, Mister Jolly, Maybe The Welders, The Paisley Fields, Emily Frembgen, Smith & Sunshine and Sláinte. Stephen holds an MFA in music composition from the Purchase Conservatory of Music. As a writer and publisher Stephen's songs have been featured on television for companies including Viacom, HBO, WNYE-TV, Spectrum 25, FIOS 25, Optimum 22, Comcast 1025, DirecTV 25, Dish 25, and RCN 25.
