Bill A. Jones sings the great standards in the tradition of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Michael Buble` & others - but in his own unique way, backed by his swinging group “The A Players.” Although best known to millions as 'Rod Remington' on TV's Glee - as a Singer, Bill has opened for Tony Bennett, toured with The Glenn Miller Orchestra, & was named one of LA's best Concert/Cabaret Artists in Broadway World. For larger affairs, Bill frequently appears with Big Bands of 13 to 17 pieces, and can also Emcee your event. The A Players range in size from 4 to 7 instruments, and are composed of Los Angeles' best musicians, and in addition to accompanying Bill, perform jazz and pop standards with a lightly swinging, fun touch. Bill’s show “The Great Gentlemen of Song” has sold out Los Angeles clubs multiple times, and made its New York debut in March 2019 to high acclaim. He has released two CDs, “Frankly, the Sinatra Songbook” and “I've Heard That Song, Big Band Songbook." In addition to Glee, other TV appearances include Comedy Central’s Workaholics, The King Of Queens, Everybody Hates Chris, Las Vegas, Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, etc. Bill is still remembered fondly as the “Don’t Count That” golfer in a memorable commercial for FedEx.
