Alex Leonard has a New York sensibility and sophistication reminiscent of the music that filled the nightlife, clubs and hotels of the Manhattan skyline. Performances include music influenced in the classic style by composers and performers such as Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Nat "King" Cole, Rodgers & Hart, Duke Ellington and Antonio Carlos Jobim.
