The planning person I worked with was very professional, responsive and accommodating. Great communication (I was doing the planning from another state). I got to see videos of the performer (crooner/Sinatra type) and he was fabulous! The birthday “girl” loved him!

Got the idea of a singing telegram a week before the event, so even last minute they were GREAT. They contacted me back right away and coordinated the appearance. They also had the character I was hoping for available (the minion was awesome) and that just made it the better for the birthday girl. She was VERY happy and so were the guests. The minion was very gracious in taking lots of pictures with the guests as well. Magnificent experience, would hire them again without a doubt.

I called at the very last minute (the evening before) from out of state to have a GorillaGram sent to my mother's retirement party and not only did they send a gorilla man but also a bannana man, balloons and real bannanas....all on time. My mother was so surprised and said it was the hit of the party! Highly recommend. Fun fun! Oh, the company also takes video and pics for you!! I did not know that was included. It was a pleasant surprise when I got their email with all the pics and videos!

Everything went perfect!!!! I was so happy that you were able to accommodate me in such short notice, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled, surprised, embarrassed, everything i was hoping to accomplish happened!!! I would recommend you in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!! It seemed that everyone at American Airlines, to include the passengers that were at the ticket counter waiting to check in were happy and took part in the festivities!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!
