Hi there! I'm Jim Keefe, and I hope you'll hire me to be your singing pianist. I've played in some of the the most exacting and exciting venues in the world - the piano bars of New York City. For 5-7 hours a night I play what discerning visitors from around the world want to hear- a mix of their favorite Rock, Pop, Jazz, Comedy, Broadway and Standard songs - either singing them myself, leading the customers, or accompanying one of the fantastic future stars who work and sing there. Some of the biggest stars in show biz have come up to take the mike from time to time - Jimmy Fallon, Liza Minelli, Cuba Gooding, Jr. - as well as the, umm, not-so-great. But everyone always has a great time. My #1 priority is to make you completely satisfied with the music that I'll provide. No piano? No problem! I have an electric piano that's just the right size for a house party, a cocktail hour, or a banquet. I tailor my singing and piano playing to your specifications- from elegant background music at a cocktail hour to the most raucous goodtime sing-alongs you could hope for.
