Private Property Band Soul Band from Costa Mesa, CA

At home in Orange County, CA, Private Property is a classy and stylistic soul/R&B/jazz band with a three-piece horn section drawing its material mostly from the 60's-90's with a few excursions into contemporary repertoire. Our sound is for all generations of music fans. Private Property's music is inventive, provocative, and transports its audiences to emotional ecstasy. We can scale down the band or go solo sax or trumpet with tracks to provide low-key traditional and smooth jazz and easily move into upbeat dance music for the celebration. Private Property has performed in numerous private, corporate and public venues in Southern California, including: House of Blues, Anaheim; Cotton Club, Los Angeles; Cherch Lounge, Fullerton; Blue Café, Long Beach; The Black Marlin, Tustin; Tustin Brewing Company, Tustin and Original Mike's, Santa Ana. Other venue regions include both the Inland Empire and San Diego. The band has performed a number of college charitable events which include Irvine Valley College in Irvine, Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa and Golden West College in Huntington Beach.
