Stand Up Music Entertainment was so amazing, not only were they accommodating to us, for a last minute booking due to our original DJ cancelation on us, but also helped us pull off our father/ daughter dance with very little time to prepare it. We would recommend them for any party you want to plan, they will ensure your guest can get out and dance the night away.

Joseph Torres (Stand Up Music Entertainment) responded immediately to my booking. He emailed me 2 days before the event to confirm music requests. He arrived 30 min before the party began for set up. He handled all the requests from a large party of 12 yo girls/boys. He danced and talked to the party crowd increasing their entertainment. I would highly recommend Stand up Entertainment for any party!

I had Joe come DJ my 40th birthday party. I literally can’t say enough great things about him. He came early, had the best attitude, was willing to go with the flow, was happy to get on the dance floor and get my friends dancing, used my music requests and let guests make requests. Let me start off by saying how completely satisfied we are with Stand Up Music Entertainment. From the moment we booked to the end of the event, JT (Joseph Torres) was accommodating and responsive to our needs. He has a keen ability to "read the crowd" and adjust the music selection to keep guests engaged. As the host, I didn't have to do anything all night. Joseph Torres was great! From the time I asked for a quote, all the way up to the event, he always replied immediately to any question I had. At the event, he got all the girls to dance, which got EVERYBODY dancing! He led all the line dancing and everyone had a great time. Everyone kept telling me the DJ was so much fun! I already recommended him to another friend who is having an event in April. They attended our event and loved him. I loved that he brought his wife and son and was extremely professional and family oriented. I highly recommend him! I will definitely hire him again :).

Joe was fantastic at our event!! We feel like we lucked out to find him. He showed up early, took requests on the spot from our guests, even got out on the dance floor and taught the line dances. We had a really particular feel we were looking for and Joe nailed it. He had us singing to our favorite songs all night. Our event was pretty relaxed and we don’t have a lot of dancers in the crowd, but Joe kept the energy up and even had a handful of folks out on the dance floor. By the end, our guests were going up to get his business card. We were so pleased with his service! Thanks Joe, for going above and beyond!

Joe was incredibly accommodating towards us. We had a ton of songs and even more requests during the event. He handled it in a way that made us feel like it was his honor to be our DJ. He showed up exactly when he said he would, had an attractive booth and gave us his full attention. He was also extremely interactive with us, got the crowd dancing with the songs they loved. I’m fact, it was hard to leave the dance floor, we were all having so much fun! Everyone walked away totally wowed by the night and we know it was due to having an amazing DJ. Thank you so much! I highly recommend and will try to use again in a heartbeat.

I would recommend Joe to my friends and family for their DJ needs. He Was very quick to respond from the minute I contacted him through Gigmasters for my daughter’s Quinceañera. He got the crowd engaged and had fun along with them. We loved that he got up and taught the crowd a few dances! I would definitely reach out to him for my next event!

This young man was very prompt, efficient, and handled himself very professionally. He was very respectful towards one and all, no matter the age. He even took the time to teach how to do certain line dances, which was greatly appreciated!
I heard nothing but positive compliments from my guests about his set-up to his interaction with the little ones. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a great time and great music played!
