Dear future friend, Thank you for considering me for your next event. I’m your best choice for several reasons, a few of which are listed here. 1. I compose, record and sing parodies, set to the tunes from “back in the day.” Typically, I mix in a parody here and there during the routine. 2. Even the younger generation laughs at my jokes, since my humor takes them completely by surprise! I'm a regular at the Atlanta comedy clubs, where the audience always consist of 18 to 35-year-olds. It never fails that after a show they compliment me. One 22 year old young man said, "I hope I'm as funny as you are when I get old." ?? 3. I'm an observational comedian, pointing out the humor in everyday events. For example, what could be more humorous than the local mortician making hospital visits? Isn't that a conflict of interest? 4. Much of my humor centers around the husband and wife relationship. The perfect example is, "My wife would make the perfect parole officer; she never lets me finish a sentence." 5. Being of the same generation as the Jay Leno and Jeff Foxworthy, and others, I know the difference between humor and silliness. 6. I can deliver a routine without resorting to insults and crudeness. Jeff Foxworthy taught me that. 7. Since I have relatives within the area that I work, I never have to charge extra for travel expenses.
