Music Artist Jefferey Clayton (Musical Director and founder of PanNeubean Steel), of Jamaican heritage, holds a Masters Degree of Music from the New England Conservatory,Boston, MA and more than 21 years experience as a professional musician in the United States Army.
He has had the privilege of performing with Calypsonian, Reggae and Soca Legends like Shadow, the Mighty King Barron, the Mighty Duke, the Mighty Grynner, Ronnie McIntosh, Iwer George, Rupee, Denise Belfon, Sparrow and Johnny King.
He has opened/shared the stage with popular Artist Jimmy Buffet, Country singer's Kenny Chesney and Uncle Kracker, Reggae Artist's Stephen Marley and Wayne Wonder, Jazz Artist's Max Roach, the Duke Ellington Band, Bruce Horsby and Chris Vadala. He has also traveled as a Music Ambassador to Germany and the Netherlands (Holland) and performed for the President of the United States, Vice President, Colin Powell, Nets, Boston Bruins, Yankee's, World Cup Games and the RED SOX!

Jefferey is professional, personable and drew our entire group in with his song selection and skill. As an event planner, it was refreshing to engage an artist who is so self-sufficient...he left very little work for me to do to prepare for his performance. I appreciate his willingness to accommodate changes in the schedule we had set for the evening, and he graced us with live performance the entire time! Very interactive as well as very talented. He had us dancing and singing along as the night went on. This was an experience that our organization will not soon forget!

PanNeubean Steel Band did a fantastic job playing at my husband's 50th birthday party. We had a Luau and Jeffrey Clayton really set the tone for the party, creating a fabulous Island feel. In addition to being a talented musician, he is very professional and easy to work with -- a terrific addition to our party! I highly recommend him!
