Steel Appeal was the perfect choice for our Summer Reading Wrap-up event. Chad was professional, easy to work with, and delivered a full hour of engaging music that both kids and adults loved. Our patrons thoroughly enjoyed the performance, especially the audience participation portion, and we highly recommend Steel Appeal for any community event.

I've had Chad Floyd and Steel Appeal at several school functions over the last several years and he always does a fantastic job. The presentations are fun, engaging, and the students have a blast. I've also seen him at corporate and private functions and he always provides a great show. Highly recommend.

Booked for 3hrs only got about 1hr music. always playing with speakers and cell phone trying to get reception

I'm sorry you were disappointed Ian but I want to make sure I represent what actually happened. Upon arrival we agreed on a location that you assured me would be in the shade for the duration (a covered performance area was listed in my requirements before booking). App. 30 minutes into the performance I was completely in the sun. With the 90+ degree heat, the sun reflecting off the pan into my face, I couldn't stay in the sun, plus my phone (connected to speakers) was exposed and it shut off with that much heat. So yes, I did have to move two different times, which I counted for my two 15-minute breaks. I began playing at the exact time that you requested and stopped when the band began their sound check which was appox. 3 hours. Your description is not accurate and is hurtful to my new profile. Quite the opposite, my review of you is that you were extremely nice and accommodating. Based on our conversations that day, both during and after, I had no idea that you were not satisfied.
