Jennifer from string serenade was wonderful to work with. She was great at communicating, explaining and she gave us great insights and recommendations for our ceremony. The musicians showed up at the promised time and they were excellent. They made our ceremony beautiful and kept our cocktail hour fun. Would used them again and highly recommend.

My Husband and I were adamant about having a string quartet play at our wedding. We spent hours attempting to find a quartet with both classical and contemporary music selection. String Serenade is the perfect blend of classic and trendy done with such talent everyone was mesmerized. One of our Groomsmen, a Music Producer in Austin, was so consumed with their epic performance of stairway to heaven he has been talking about it even weeks later. Aside from their vast talent, the group is also accommodating, reliable and fast to respond to any questions or concerns. Planning an event can be hectic, but String Serenade made even planning relaxing and exciting.

I can't say enough of what a great experience I had with the professionalism of String Serenade. They went above and beyond my expectations and I had many of the wedding guest complimenting the music. They arranged a piece of music that my daughter requested that was not written for the strings. The special part about that was even though my daughter was nervous about the ceremony, she actually exclaimed "did you hear it , did you hear it, they played my song!" One more thing, Jennifer and Rich made the whole experience pleasant because of their flexibility and most WONDERFUL personality. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

I am still floating! The String Serenade Trio completed this event! They were very polite, professional and gracious. Carolyn gave little facts about the instruments and the history of the piece they played. My tea's take on a life of their own. The Tea was whimsical and enchanting which is always my goal. They performed beautifully! they took a request:Stairway to Heaven. OMG!!The theme of my Tea was: Safe persons in our community.Police and Fire, EMT's appeared and very impressed.. Officer Nottingham asked about booking information which I will happily pass on.. "I can no other answer make but thanks. And Thanks..".. William Shakespeare. Y Watkins

Jennifer was great to work with and very down to earth and wanting to make sure that she performed exactly what we wanted for our daughters wedding ceremony. She even offered to meet with us in person to go over the music and help us in choosing the perfect songs we wanted and was there to give advice as well. The guests thought it was very beautiful, relaxing and a nice touch to the wedding ceremony. I'm so glad that we hired them. I would definately recommend them to a friend. They were amazing! Showed up early to setup and test, was ready ahead of time for the event. They even had a request from one of the speakers to assist with music during her speech and it was great. We had many asking who they were and wanting to use them for future events.

String Serenade performed awesome, they were fabulous, Jennifer, was very professional and answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns before the event. The music was beautiful, Jennifer and her husband, Rich, who by the way did an excellant job as our DJ, were able to write a piece to be played on strings, that no one else has done before, the song was magnificant. Very impressed with each,and will definately recommend to anyone.

We hired the string serenade for our elementary school and special event called, "Puttin' on the Ritz". They were just fantastic. Showed up early, got everything set in place and even chose a musical program designed just for us. Personal highlight was that they found a string quartet arrangement for the song, "Putting on the Ritz". Perhaps a favorite part of the evening was when they explained how a string Quartet worked and invited one young boy to a help them with a song. It was a delight to work with Jennifer D. She was always very pleasant and accomodating as we had a special request for the quartet to accompany our wedding singers. String Serenade was prompt and professional throughout our entire event playing our selections prior to the wedding as well as into the social hour. They understood the type of music my daughter and new son-in-law preferred and filled in as needed. I would highly recommend this group again for any event that you're planning. String Serenade was nothing shy of superb, fantastic and had the "wow" factor that we wanted for Lexie and Ross' wedding day! Beautiful day, beautiful event!

The contact (Jennifer) was not professional in terms of handling communication about our event. We shared our event program with her more than 2 weeks before the event (Dec. 2), however she waited until 8:56 p.m. on Dec. 1 to communicate that the performers would play 2 consecutive hours of music. Her delay in responding was extremely unprofessional. We reconfigured our program to accommodate the performers and provided them with explicit instructions about how and when to depart so as to minimize disruptions to our event. They did not comply with our instructions and, after playing for about 1.25 hours, noisily departed while our director was speaking. Disappointed.
