The Elegant Trio Music Ensemble was great. Their performance was wonderful and they were incredibly helpful, self-sufficient, and easy to work with. The experience was totally stree-free and it exceeded my expectations.

My experience was not good. Two members of the string quartet were late, so they were not playing as the guests took their places. It was an outdoor wedding. The quartet did not play for the full contracted hour. At the first sign of rain, they packed up and left without ever checking with anyone. I paid $500, $525 dollars actually, (including the Gigmaster's fee) for 3 songs. Their booker, Ordelyn Guittierez has promised a $100 refund and to play a future event for free.

We takes very seriously our client's satisfaction. I would like to apologize for the musicians being 5 minutes late due to a weather situation. It is said above that they did not play while the guests took their place,that is unfortunately incorrect. Due to rain the guests did not take their places at the time they were expected to. It was not going to be possible to start right on time because the instruments can not be played under the rain. They did packed fast when done due to the weather but they played until the exit of the couple which is the end of the ceremony. There is no need to check with anyone after that as long as they play until the end which they did

Elegant Musicians are a wonderfully talented group of people who are able to accomodate any requests musically. They're affordable and add a pristine touch to any event. Everyone at my wedding enjoyed their music as they awaited the start of the ceremony. If I were to ever have another event in any similar fashion, I would use them again in a heartbeat :).

Elegant Musicians were so accommodating. They had less then two weeks notice before the event and they gave me their utmost attention. I even had a personal visit to discuss the music selection. I would certainly use them again. A note, I had family members present that are professional musicians and they commented on their beautiful performance and talent.

They were prompt and played wonderfully! Our guests enjoyed their music and we were soo pleased to have them as an addition to our ceremony!
