Tyson & the Lone Fir Hot Club While LFHC is a new project to the Portland swing & jazz scene, the players of LFHC are not. We have decades of musical experiences in rock, classical, folk musics, pit orchestras. Our acoustic style of jazz (no drum set, no electric bass or electric guitar, no brass) is a natural fit for intimate events & midsize gatherings- dinners, cocktail shindigs, art openings. Yet, we also have the ability to play larger affairs like weddings (amplified sound for up to 300-400 persons). For past weddings we've provided pre-music processionals, recessionals, cocktail hour, dance hours, background tunes. You name it, we've gotchya covered.
