Event Pricing: -Event Fee: $100 (this goes towards costs such as marketing and insurance) -Hourly Rate: $90 per hour for readings -Travel: $25 per hour for travel time (to and from the venue) -Lodging: If the total time of the event and travel extends past 11 PM, lodging is required to ensure safe travel and avoid late-night driving. Booking and Payments: -A 50% deposit is required to hold your event date. The remaining 50% is due the day of the event. -If you'd like Marina to extend her stay and she is available, the overtime rate is $120 per additional hour. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of the event. Readings: -Standard readings last 20 minutes, but longer sessions are available upon request. -Marina will bring her setup which includes a folding table, two chairs, a tablecloth, card decks, crystals, and a crystal ball. If you already have a table and/or chairs let her know. -For meals, let her know if you’d prefer to provide one, or if she should pack her own. Large Events: -For events with a large number of guests, Marina can be onsite for a range of time. A sign-up sheet will be provided so guests can select their preferred reading times on a first-come, first-served basis. -For larger gatherings with a limited time frame (e.g., accommodating 20 guests in 2 hours), it may be necessary to have multiple readers to ensure everyone can receive a reading. Marina can coordinate additional trusted and experienced Tarot readers to join her, allowing for efficient coverage of all guests while still providing impactful readings. Photography: -Marina enjoys capturing moments of her readings for future promotions. If you're open to it, she may request to bring a photographer along. -Alternatively, if you have a photographer onsite, please let Marina know if they plan to take any photos or videos of the readings and if you are comfortable sharing them with her.
