The Remedy is a band led by L.A. session musician Tommy Drinkard who has worked for the likes of Katy Perry, Travis Barker, Tim Armstrong (Rancid), Jonny West (American Idol). His instrumentation was also in the movie Out of Death starting Bruce Willis.
The Remedy plays just about any style of hit sing a long songs. Funk, Reggae, Rock, Country, Pop, Hip Hop, Blues are all on the table with this fun band.
Our highest profile client as an event band was Katy Perry's New Years Eve Party this last year.
Because the wide variety of styles we play, and the over 5 hours of material we play, we can tailor our set to your needs!
We can also play jazz at cocktail hour.
As a high energy trio with drums, bass, and electric guitar, the Remedy can provide a high energy show at a more affordable price than our competitors.
We can also add more professional studio musicians who have worked with major label artists if that is preferred, but it will come with a higher price tag.

Tommy and The Remedy were absolutely amazing! They made the party unbelievably fun, energetic and a blast. Tommy went above and beyond to do a couple requests my wife had, to the point of learning new songs just for us, only a week before the event! So many of our guests have told us what a great band they were and how they made the party amazing. Do not hesitate to hire these guys - so talented, energetic, and professional- top notch all the way!
