Hug McKinney & The Embracers captivate their audiences with a blend of musicianship and vocal talent. Lead vocalist and keyboard player Hug McKinney has shared the stage with artists such as Jerry Butler, Lou Christie, Kenny Vance, The Marcels, Little Richard, The Vogues,and more. After performing for nearly fifteen years with the nationally known Oldies Group, "The Four Townsmen", Hug has now reunited with former members of the The Four Townsmen Show band, bassist John Marcischak & guitarist Ray Margiotta who along with percussionist Joe Margiotta perform an eclectic mix of musical genres as Hug & The Embracers. The group’s mix of Rock, pop, Oldies, country, blues, soul & standards will satisfy all your musical needs.
Individually the guys have played all the major venues in the area over the past 25 plus years and are ready to add your venue to this impressive list that includes Mellon Arena, PPG place, the Pepsi Roadhouse, Wheeling’s Capitol Music Hall, Carnival Cruise lines, Hollywood Racetrack & Casino , and many others.
