Michael Doyle Variety Singer from Saint Augustine, FL

I love to sing, and I have found, to my delight, that my niche is singing to older folks including those in assisted living, memory care, and retirement living centers. Many people like the sound of my voice, and I really love to hear them tell me that I have somehow made their day. They love hearing the familiar songs I sing because they are near and dear to their hearts, songs from their memories that bring back happy times. These include American standards, oldies, songs from Broadway musicals, country, Gospel, patriotic, folk, and some Irish, too. I am constantly adding new songs to my repertoire to keep each performance fresh. Since 2020, I have sung at well over 200 events, including special event dinners and fund raisers, senior homes, and churches. Of course, even with years of experience, an entertainer is only as good as the spirit he brings to an event. I enjoy bringing a cheerful attitude to every performance and engaging in a little audience participation when it suits the occasion.
