The name “MC Violin” was inspired by my first name (Meredith), middle name (Christine), and the title “Master of Ceremonies” typically used for an event spokesperson. I started playing violin at the age of 5 and progressively gained a love for the instrument. I studied Music Therapy at WMU in Kalamazoo, MI while playing in the University Orchestra. I have experience playing as soloist, with various ensembles, bands, live recordings, and symphonies. I bring intentionality and excellence to each unique request. I play a variety of pop, folk, classical, and some improv music. Whether it be solo violin, violin/cello duo, string trio, quartet, or other collaborations - I would be honored to be considered to play for your event!
