Shawna and her guitarist played during my outdoor wedding ceremony this last weekend, and she did a wonderful job! She was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating to all my requests. She sent me updates about all her rehearsals and learned not just one, but many songs for our big day! As a string player myself I could definitely tell that she has a passion for the music she plays. Shawna even took the initiative to contact our ceremony venue to figure out all our logistics. I can honestly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and affordable musician for their next event!

Shawna was wonderful to work with! We provided her with a timeline prior to the event, and she played at the requested times with minimum guidance from our staff. She was able to play exactly what we were looking for, a mix of classical and contemporary songs. She also brought her own equipment, which sounded great in the large room and didn't require any further A/V planning on our end. Shawna was prompt, professional, and personable. We received great feedback from our attendees regarding her performance and would definitely work with her again.

Shawna was very professional and easy going. We hired her for our wedding and she was very open to any suggestions that we had. Very personable, skilled and just an overall good person. I'd recommend her to anyone that needs a violinist.

We had Shawna play while our guests entered our wedding and during the beginning of our ceremony. She was amazing! Her rendition of "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri made me cry! I would highly recommend hiring her for your event. She provided me with a long song list, was accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. She is also extremely talented!

Shawna played the violin at our wedding reception. The reception was held on a roof top on one of the warmer days in Chicago. Shawna played without breaking a sweat with a smile on her face. She was personable and our guest loved her music. We are so glad we hired Shawna for our event.

I am so glad that I booked Shawna Flowers for my sister's bridal shower. I contacted her the day before the event because I had a couple of other people who backed out or couldn't do the event. Shawna quickly responded to my request and accepted. She was the closest to the venue (only 30 min away) and quoted the best price. Everyone raved about her at the bridal shower and we all enjoyed listening to her music during the luncheon. She played contemporary, recognizable songs. Shawna was very accommodating, pleasant, and easy to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a violinist to play at their event.
