Meet The Tone Poets Band; a unique & entertaining band for all types of audiences to enjoy. The Tone Poets consisting of Father and Son team, have 38 years of experience playing music together. That chemistry creates a tight professional sound that is hard to match with clean clear vocal harmonies rarely heard these days. The Tone Poets provide entertainment for Corporate events, Weddings, New Years Eve, Anniversaries and Private parties of all occasions and sizes. The Tone Poets are primarily a Trio consisting of Guitar, Bass and Drums that can also perform as a Quartet or Quintet if desired. Female Singer and/or Keyboards can be added. The Tone Poets use top of the line sound system with Lighting. All music is live with no pre-recorded tracks or sequencing. During band breaks coordinated customized playlists are created for continuous music throughout your event. The Tone Poets are a diverse band covering music from 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's Rock, Current Rock, Classic Rock, Disco, Motown, Latin, Jazz, Bossa Nova, Funk, Blues and everything in between. The Tone Poets Band consists of musicians that have a passion for what they do, therefore pride themselves in giving 100% event. Each event is seen as unique and can be customized with special requests. Most requests can be fullfilled in advance with at least 3 weeks prior notice. Guitarist Rig Castellanos (GUITAR-VOCALS) decorated with a degree from The New England Conservatory in 3rd stream studies and contemporary improvisation. His guitar playing expresses sound scapes similar to an artist painting a picture creating different moods. The eclectic sounds emitted from his playing has established him the unique style he is known for. His powerful voice confidently delivers strong performances consistently. Bandleader Chris Castellanos (BASS- VOCALS) sets the tone by grooving rooms all night long. With a constant pulse, his playing is the heart beat of the rhythm section in the Tone Poets Band. He has coordinated with event planners, corporate reps, brides and grooms over the last several years to provide entertainment for many events. Satisfaction is the goal.
