DJ Will showed up early, offered a light show, fog machine and allowed us to use microphones for no additional charge. He was fully set up well before the event began, so played music while we prepped, making the getting ready part more fun than could have ever expected. Then, he managed a great set, taking requests, pulling up any music anyone asked for. We asked him to stay an extra hour, which he did, making his gig, including set up and break down a 6 hour job. He was a pleasure to work with and we will certainly hire him again, and highly recommend him!

We were fortunate to have William provide entertainment for my wife's 50th birthday party at Saybrook Point Inn & Spa. From the first inquiry on this site, up to and including the event, he communicated with us frequently to learn our requests and expectations. William arrived with state of the art equipment well before we did. He is very adept at reading the crowd and was keyed in to the event progression, knowing when to adjust volume during meals, etc. A polite, personable and professional individual, William honored my wife's request for 80's music (I know, I know...lol). He did a fantastic job and we highly recommend you take advantage of his service.

DJW Entertainment was very helpful in helping lay out my music for my reception. DJ Richtie was absolutely great . He was very helpful for music selection and was able to accommodate some requests from my guests. He had people on floor all the time. Definitely recommemd DJW Entertainment for your music needs. I will defiantly be using them again in the future.

I cant thank DJW entertainment enough. My wedding venue was very untraditional and they were extremely accommodating. They set up 2 rigs 1 for the dance floor and one for a separate cocktail hour. Their equipment was top notch, no bumps there. They added a lighting/ fog package in there for me which was awesome. And their music knowledge is quite extensive. Don't hesitate, these guys are good.

DJW Entertainment (William specifically) was just terrific at our wedding. We were really picky and opinionated about what we wanted-- William was willing to just play our playlist and make it all sound really good. He did smooth segues from one song to the next. When one of our picks wasn't making it on the dance floor, we could just signal to him and he moved on to another. He took requests from one of our guests and was just a totally nice guy. His sound system and lighting effects were terrific. We couldn't have been happier! Recommend him without reservation!

I hired DJW Entertainment for my Wedding and DJ William was great!, We couldn't stop dancing all night long, kids and adults enjoyed a lot with his music's selection and also with the music that we requested. He is very professional as well his staff. I will consider them for future events.

From the very time I talked with William I felt reassured that he would be reliable and responsive. He booked the event and provided me with confirmation information in a prompt manner. My son had a high school party to celebrate the end of the year and William played the type of music that they were looking for. Everyone had a great time!

William was fantastic. He was easy to get a hold of before the wedding to coordinate music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We worked on a list of music for each part of our wedding. For the dance floor he played music based on the mood and it was great! We had a mix of kids and adults on the dance floor and everyone was happy. He also did a great job of getting people out there who normally don't like to dance! The entire setup, performance, and break down was really professional. We had a great time and would definitely recommend him!

William and the MC he worked with were wonderful at our backyard wedding. They were professional, friendly, and talented. The energy was perfect for both background music and dancing. Very good experience. He didn't play some of the songs we requested and was playing some stuff none of us recognized. When the dance floor cleared, it took him awhile to get on to the next song. But he was very professional and nice and played a good majority of requests.

Hi Carly! Thank you so much for your positive feedback. Some of your guest at the event where requesting songs half the night that other guest did not enjoy. I play most of the songs on your song list; there where many song request. Some where asking for 80s, 90s, 2000s, hip hop, pop and Top 40s they where not allowing me to mix the songs you requested ,on top of what you requested. I was also mixing the songs all night; and if a song didn't make it on the dance floor i switch it right away. Thank you for having me DJ your event. You have a Merry Christmas!

The DJ who contacted us via GigMasters was fired by DJW approx 4 months ago and illegally using DJW contracts to book engagements, even using links to DJW's website as reference. We contacted DJW and they gave no help, despite being aware of what he was doing and not doing anything to stop it. The DJ did not fulfill our agreement. He was not on time, not dressed properly, didn't play what was requested, did not provide the lights agreed upon, had faulty equipment (speakers/lights) and did not engage the quests. He was lousy. We are filing court papers to recover our money and request assistance from GigMasters as it was thru you in which this DJ contacted us.
