Bottom line: A super talented group with great sounding instruments and top of the line professionalism. Awesome for my wedding, a move that put me into good graces with her family and certainly demonstrated that I could make a great choice. Wendall is a great guy who was just a treat to hire. We were very happy with the band and our guests just loved the whole idea. We found Wendall to be very professional and immediately responsive both before and leading up to our event and even though we hadnt heard them prior to the wedding, felt confident that he and the band would do a good job. We weren't disappointed and would not only hire them again, we would recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Starlite Steelband for making our daughter's wedding reception so much fun. I'm actually not certain if their were any special requests of the Steelband, as the bride I was quite busy during cocktail hour. But I was very impressed with the appearance, punctuality, tone and professionalism of the band, I would re-book them or recommend them in the future.

Starlite Steelband were absolutley great at our event. They arrived early, required minimal help to get organized, were very professional and most important played great music! I had many positive comments from many of my guests. Their music selection was a great mix. I will consider hiring them again in the future.

Starlite’s performance helped to make my sister’s Bridal Shower fun and memorable. The music was perfectly selected and beautifully played. All the guests commented on how much they enjoyed the performance and the guest of honour was especially touched.
The band members are very talented, professional and friendly. From pre-booking on, Wendell, my Starlite contact was prompt, professional and cordial in responding to emails. Thank you very much, Starlite! I highly recommended Starlite.

We had Starlite Steelband play for a holiday party for our Big Sister/Little Sister matches (approximately 110 people), sponsored by Big Brothers/Big Sisters of London and Area. The band came early, stayed late, and was a tremendous hit. They even invited the girls to each take a turn playing steel pan and had a big line-up of girls by the end, and everyone got a turn. I can't believe how easy it was to find such a wonderful band who really made our event special. Wendell and I were in contact before the event, and it was such a pleasure to work with him. I highly, highly recommend them. Thank you, Wendell!

Starlite steeldrum band were fantastic, they brought the theme of our party to life with their beautiful island music. The whole group was pleasant, professional and unobtrusive. They required very little from me and set up very quickly so I was able to enjoy being with our guests. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them. I have nothing but gushing reviews to give and pass along based on my experience with Starlite Steelband. They arrived early and gladly agreed to play outdoors (originally planned as an indoor event)
The group not only performed but they also talked about the drums and the music. (as per my request). They invited students and parents to come and try the drums, which helped further engage the audience in an already terrific performance.
I would love to work with them in the future. Everyone was very polite and gracious and an it was my pleasure to work with such a talented, down to earth group of artists. Thank You!

We had the Starlite Steelband play at our wedding on September 12,2009 in London Ontario at Forest City National Golf Course. The Band was amazing! a hudge hit for all of out guest couldn't stop talking about them. The weather was amazing for the time of year and the band just made the aptomisphere even that much better! The band arrived early to allow for changing the set up in the event of rain, which did happen. They accomodated the changes and set up in the alternate inside venue without any hesitation. Their music was wonderful and enjoyed by all guests. The band was great.

The Starlite Steelband created an amazing atmosphere for the beach themed surprise retirement party that my siblings and I threw for my parents. The band was extremely friendly, polite and performed amazing music that all of the guest complimented on all evening long. It was a true joy to have such tremendous talent at our party!

The band was the perfect entertainment for our pool party and campout night. We felt like we were on a beach and loved every minute of their music. We especially enjoyed the Abba songs they performed.
The only thing I would say then could improve on is their social skills. After they were done, they packed up their equipment and left and I didnt even get to say good-bye and thank them.
Otherwise, the night was a huge success!!! Thanks so much.
