Hiring Robert Cunningham to play at my wedding reception was a great decision!! The lovely acoustic guitar/vocals really added a lot to the event. His price was less expensive/comparable to that of a DJ, and I felt that I got so much more. His song selection is very classic, and the guitar/vocals provided a lovely backdrop for dinner and cocktail hour. Although I had not planned to have a big dance floor, he was prepared with some pre-recorded music and was able to easily accommodate when my relatives requested some of the stereotypical wedding receptions songs (chicken dance, etc.). He is not only a skilled musician, but is also experienced with wedding receptions.

I hired Rob to entertain at at an engagement party I threw. He showed up with enough time to set up, started his performance right on time and was extremely gracious. My guests were very impressed with his sound and the happy couple would not let him leave without thanking him. I am so glad I chose Rob - - loved the music, his voice and song selection were just perfect for the occasion.

Rob's promo cuts online are great, but he is SO much better in person. He has a beautiful voice and is a top-notch guitarist. A true professional, Rob should be considered for your next event. His playlist pleased a very particular crowd and got the joint jumpin'!

Rob was an amazing performer. After listening to his MP3s clips online, I was as excited to hear him play as I was for the actual ceremony. And he did not disappoint. He was even better than expected. He even learned 4 new songs a week before our ceremony and they sounded amazing. Rob is a true treasure to have in Chicago and I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a guitarist/vocalist. He is also very easy to deal with and extremely humble. All night long everyone in our party was telling him how awesome he was. I want to have more parties just so I can hear Rob play. Also, if you book Rob, make sure he plays his version of Eddie Vedder’s Just Breathe.

Is absolutely amazing!!!! We used him in November for our wedding and he made it so personal with his and our song chooses.

Mr. Cunningham put on a wonderful performance! He created a relaxing comfortable environment for us to meet and greet our new neighbors by the variety of music he played and taking requests. Everyone in the neighborhood is still talking about our party and passing on the news about what an enjoyable time they had, such that those who were unable to make it, wished they had.

Everyone enjoyed Robert's music and singing very much. He accommodated our request for guitar music during dinner and then playing and singing the rest of the time and it worked out very well. If we ever have a need for this type of entertainment in the future, we would definitely ask him back.

I had Rob play at my wife's 40th surprise birthday party. Rob showed up before our agreed time. He was very accommodating to the songs that I requested. Rob is very versatile in his repertoire of music prowess, from The Beatles to Irish ballards to Rock music played acoustically. Really I can't say enough, you would just have to hire him and find out for your self. Rob thanks again my family and my wife's family complimented me on my choice for guitarist/singer you really did a GREAT job. THANKS, Neil
