We appreciated Mark's talent and musical contribution to the event. Prior to the event, he was non-responsive and very difficult to contact. I eventually had to contact Bash in order to reach Mark. At the event, although he arrived on time and set-up on time, he was sitting in his car when the event started and guests arrived, including the guest of honor. I had to go look for him which was extremely disappointing.

The client is right in that I was early as always (being professional as I am)andI set up my equipment and was ready to go 15 minutes early as always.. I went to my car to retrieve some piece of equipment at which point he approached me and Ridley said, “what are you doing.?” This was actually prior to the guests arriving. As far as not being able to contact me prior to the event, he tried to call me one time which I missed the call as I was at a performance and could pick up.. there were no other attempts by emails after that. The guests were very kind and really enjoyed the music however, I would never work for this client agai

We hired Mark to play for our ceremony and dinner reception for 3 hours. Mark was very professional during a difficult period where the PA system wasn't working and continued to play until it started up again without missing a beat. He was kind and calm during the process. The music was great! Highly recommend Mark.

30 minutes late and rude to our Manager. Will not hire him again. We should not have to pay the full amount when he was late!

As always, I arrived on time..We had a signed contract. This newly hired worker was said she was"filling in" for real event manager who hired me and quit last week. I spoke with her on the phone 3 day before event and she confirmed performance details. She had hired another musician and had him start 30 minutes BEFORE my performance time..hmm bizarre, especially since I have played this venue 3 times in the recent past. I politely showed her the signed contract. She apologized and said it was her mistake and that I could play outside ( where no one was). This was the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my entire career.!
