6 Next Steps After Receiving a Customized Price Quote on The Bash

Party planning can be an overwhelming process, but we're here to make sure this journey is as seamless as possible. From finding your favorite vendors to receiving quotes and booking your entertainment, we're here to help guide you through it all!

Log In to Your Account

Once you submit a request, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your event details and log-in information. We recommend saving this email for future reference! The quotes will be sent to your email shortly after submitting your request, within about 24 hours or so. On average, our best vendors send customized quotes within 6 hours or less!

Review Your Quotes Within Your Account

Once you receive a quote, you will receive an email notification with a summary of the vendor's quote. If you would like to view the vendor's full quote and contact information, simply log-in to your account for more information or click on the "view full quote" link within the email.

If you requested for more than one quote, you will see each vendor's quote under the 'Requests' tab of your account. Since you may receive more than one quote, it's important to double check the name of the vendor before booking and paying for services. It's possible that your first quote may not be from the specific vendor you had originally requested a free quote from. 

Evaluate Quotes and Review Profiles

After receiving a few quotes, you may need a little help narrowing down your top choice! We recommend following up with each vendor to review their quote or to ask any questions about their services. You can find their contact information, by clicking on the "view quote" button next to their pricing when logged into your account. 

The following page will have a text box with the vendor's name, email address, and phone number. If you'd like to send them a message, you can also click on the "contact vendor" button to start your communication. 

We understand that it’s important to evaluate the vendor’s services and that’s why we always suggest taking a look at the vendor’s profile to read about their services, scroll through their photos and/or videos, and read their past reviews. You can easily click on their profile, by clicking on the vendor’s thumbnail photo located on the “requests” tab of your account. Their photo icons will quickly redirect you to their profile page. 

Once you’ve landed on their profile page, click on the “Photos” and “Videos & Audio” tabs to explore their media or click on the arrow button next to “Reviews” to view all of their feedback! All reviews on The Bash have been verified by past clients who have booked the vendor for their event.

Request More Quotes—If Needed

Sometimes you may need more quotes to ensure that you’ve explored all of your options. You can request more quotes right from vendor’s profile pages, or, email us at info@thebash.com with your GIG ID#. From there, our team of Account Specialists will take care of contacting more vendors on your behalf.

Review Your Event Details

Plans change and we get that! If you need to update any of your event details, click on the “pencil” icon located under ‘Accepting Quotes when logged into your account. The next page will give you access to your original request and event details. 

It’s always best to take a second look at these details before confirming your booking on The Bash. Vendors will receive a notification of these changes soon after you click on “save changes''. From there, vendors can update their quotes accordingly.

Confirm Your Booking

So you’ve done your research, you’ve spoken to the vendor, you’ve updated the details of your event, and now you’re ready to book–that’s great! To confirm your booking, log-in to your account and click on the “view quote” button next to your preferred vendor's name. The following page will have a “Book Now” button or a “Book and Pay” button. 

If the vendor requests a deposit, you may be asked to submit your payment information to finalize your booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from The Bash and a receipt of your deposit payment. And voila, you're done!
