Desmond was very professional and very courteous. He arrived an hour early to set up for the event and he even allowed us to borrow his microphone to give a quick speech to our retiring CEO. His music was great and very enjoyable! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking for solo steel pan musician.

Performer was fine, but didn't blow me away. The music was what I requested, and was nice, but performer took way more than a (1) 15-minute break during the 3hr performance. At one point the music stopped again (maybe the third time), and I looked over to see the solo performer on his cell phone for a while! He started a little past the requested start time of 3pm, and finished at 6pm when he was orginally supposed to finish.
