Suzan is a lovely addition to a party- she was personable and approximately 75% of my guests found her predictions meaningful.
She takes time with people and seemed to take her talent seriously. In my opinion Suzann is not a "main event," but she is a nice addition to the atmosphere and adds to the overall festivity of an event.

Pros:Suzan was very professional, prompt and friendly. She has a welcoming personality (not cold, rude or "odd") and followed-up well with any questions and concerns I had before the event. I hosted a Halloween party in which guests may receive a 10 min. reading; everyone had fun with this.
Cons: From feedback from the guests their readings appear to have many similiarities. They said it was fun, but the information received was somewhat generic (I of which experienced the same thing when I had my reading done).
Overall thought, Suzan may have a better opportunity with longer readings to go more in depth rather than quicker ones..? Consider this when booking.

As I mentioned to a few of your guests who were family members and work associates there a similar qualities that families, friends or coworkers share. Family members influence family members which also draws you to be friends with others of similar traits. I only recall 2 separate traits that were repeated thru the evening: Highly intuitive/intelligent/jump to conclusions quickly & feeling like they can't do enough for others. It is common for common groups to have 1 or 2 similar traits,but the rest of the readings were distinctly difference in personality and future events. With 10 minute readings I'm able to pack quite a bit of information in a reading. A

Suzan was prompt and friendly. Every guest was pleased with her performance and what she had to say. I am severly disappointed however that she billed me differently than what her bid proposed, which cost me an addtional $250. Sadly, I ended my event upset over the money.

Hi Amy,
As I mentioned to you in the various emails after the event that the bid indicated I'm $250 for 2 hours,which is $125 an hour. Since everything happened within a week of agreeing to have me at your event I think in the fast pace of things you didn't clearly read the original bid. It took me a few days from receiving accepting the gig for you to respond back. I asked if you had any questions and you said no. I even made a point to get there early before the party to clarify a few things, so that you had all the details. I mentioned to you again at that point that any time beyond the original agreed upon time (2 hours) would be the same hourly rate. You misint

We were expecting fun and light-hearted readings for my event. The readings were very long and drawn out, more on the negative side, and some readings were rather shocking in their negativity. We were extremely disappointed. On a positive note, we did have a disagreement on payment, but Suzan was able to address our concerns and we came to an amicable financial agreement.

I originally told you via the email bid that the readings will be 10 minutes long for each person. That's not long. In fact all other events I've done the timing is not an issue. I wasn't being negative in my readings. I talked about each person's personalities, what recently has happened and what's coming up. If you perceive it as negative maybe you are a negative or critical person which is in your chart. I can't change the facts. I was light hearted during the whole party, but you and your sister were superserious from the beginning. Everyone else was laughing. She was very nice but all my guests were disappointed that she read to each person off a laptop. Everyone felt that they had the access to look up their own horoscope on the internet. Most of them were not aware that she pulled up their astrological chart. She didn't explain why she was reading off the laptop and why they couldn't do that their self.
I had 18 people at my party and she was supposed to keep the readings to 10 minutes. I paid for 3 1/2 hours. She ended up going over an hour which cost me an extra $150.00
She was nice but not worth what we paid. Everyone walked away feeling ripped off.

I explained to you on the phone the first time that I use a laptop as an astrologer.I'm a Psychic Astrologer&use the laptop to pull up everyone's unique natal chart.Every psychic has a different tool they use to do readings,ie.cards,palms,etc.I feel your criticism was far too harsh given I had already informed you I'm an astrologer&use a laptop.I believe you needed to inform your guests of that.I told people before I started that I'd get their birth info to interpet their chart.How do you think a chart is created?I was right on with all.You could see that since everyone thought you had given me all their information.I was not to blame here.

Quite rude and demanding. If there was less complaining regarding her personal health in every reading many more reading could have been done.

I felt I had to explain to you how ill I had been, so if anything happened at the party you'd know why I might have passed out. I had debated about coming to the party as I mentioned to you, but I came anyways since I made the commitment before all the health problems ensued. I was too weak to be demanding. I only asked for the cold room and ice water.
As far as mentioning to your guests about health issues. I only mentioned it in passing to give them a greater understanding of this Mars retrograde. It is and was the worst Mars retrograde in Scorpio since 1984.
It looks like I should have cancelled your party since I was still ill¬ myself.

She missed her flight to our event. We receive a refund a month later.

As I mentioned I needed to get a refund from my Credit Card people and since it involved a 3rd party who booked the flight with Frontier it takes more time than usual to receive a response back from my credit card people. For sure I will never take Frontier Airlines again since they did not read my paperwork correctly and were very rude to me. I have never missed an event before in my 27 years. I was truly looking forward to the event and having dinner with you at the Italian restaurant. Soon as I receive acknowledgement from my credit card people, I will let you know, but suspect since it involves a 3rd party it will add more time to get their decision.
