Our bagpiper did a great job. He looked great and sounded great. He played what we asked and was there before the service to review plans. I think my dad would have been very happy.

We spoke via email and phone weeks before the event to know what songs were to be played. Arrived from out of state on time at an out of the way outdoor wedding. Was a total surprise to our son (the groom), and added to a beautiful ceremony. Made the event for "Scotland the Brave" to begin the recessional as our bagpiper in regal dress lead the newlyweds and wedding party up the wooded trail to the reception pavilion. Couldn't have been better seeing the tears of joy on my son's face.

He was perfect! Very nice and accommodating. It was a hot day and he came in full dress. He was the highlight of my family reunion. Everyone told me that it added that special touch since we are an Irish family. He actually brought a tear to my father's eyes which I haven't seen in over 40 years. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Mr. Briggs played at our daughter's wedding ceremony. He was a talented player and looked superb! He was easy to communicate with and recommended songs that were appropriate. He was a hit with our guests. I would highly recommend him!

We hired Ian to pipe guests arriving, me down the aisle/back up and at the cocktail hour. Everyone was really excited, even the staff from the hotel. Unfortunately Ian forgot to bring the bagpipes (he lived 2 hours away) so it was too late to drive back and return. I am unsure how someone can forget this. Sadly Ian decided to leave the venue then call me about it, rather than being a man and coming up and telling me in person – this really hurt me. He made no attempt to speak to someone at the hotel in order to sort something else out or phone around and try and get help. He did offer a full refund and an option to play somewhere for free.

Mr. Briggs dressed for the part was very early was willing to stay late was willing to play more music was willing to play anything we wanted. The only thing I would change is next time I would be more definitive of what I wanted. I didn’t know what I wanted and I didn’t know how long we would need him to play. It might have been better to tell him exactly what to play at what time and for how long. This is my fault not his. I love his Scottish accent & his humor!! Everyone had a good time and everyone loved the bagpipes!

He was so much fun! Sometimes he was a little difficult to understand but not to bad! We loved the accent! He really was a lot of fun and my sister was SO SURPRISED!! She LOVED it!! He even played her favorite song twice! It was a little high priced for me but it was so worth it, sooo worth it. I would for sure use him again no doubt should I need him. We had ages 1-60 at the party and all were enthralled! Thank y’all so much!

There was about 56 relatives from Montana, Ohio, Indiana, and Colorado here to celebrate 90 years young for my mom! Everyone was shocked and delighted with his entrance and exit! Our gentleman was so authentic and considerate with my mom and played for her a few special requests. She is still talking about it and my favorite part of the whole day was her reaction when she realized a piper was there for HER birthday!! Thank you so much and we had a wonderful time visiting and listening to his beautiful pipes!!

Great performance. Wonderful sense of humor. My mother in law was delighted to speak with a fellow Scot and sang along to all the songs. We have an event coming in the next year as will likely hire him again.

My only concern was communication prior to the event. This could have been total my fault but his responses were kind of slow getting back with questions. However he went way out for us by learning a special tune Thank you
