Stephen was wonderful. This was a "celebration of life" for my mom. The bagpipes have always been a part of my family's life and to have Stephen there was very special. He was totally into whatever we thought we wanted for all the friends and family attending and he had even better suggestions based on his experience with events like this. It makes me cry just thinking about the sound of bagpipes. His timing was perfect, his talent was perfect and it made a very special day for a very special person....perfect. He said and did everything he said he would do even before he got there and was patient and very professional when he played for my dads funeral the tears just came down, it was very very moving I would definitely hire him again

We hired Stephen to play at our father's memorial service before a room full of 150 people. His bagpipes were the highlight of the ceremony. The sound of the bagpipes resonated throughout the hotel ballroom so beautifully and had the entire room in awe. As it was the weekend before New Year's Eve, Stephen played Auld Lang Syne and there was not a dry eye in the house. Stephen was incredibly responsive and worked with us to create an amazing program. He is extremely professional, a pleasure to work with, and showed up on time. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a bagpiper without reservation.

Appreciated his taking time to listen to our desires, make recommendations and respond to our family Scottish tradition. He delivered everything he said he would. As we arrived at the cemetery plot he was there in a position playing as people exited their cars. We can't say enough good things about his performance and he blended the music in with our ceremony, not over-powered it. We were delighted, he was warm and engaging, and had my mom, whose life we were celebrating, had been alive to hear it, she would have given her famous queen Elizabeth wave of approval.

Stephen participated in my fathers military funeral. His playing of Amazing Grace was flawless. When the color guard arrived they were having issue with their bugle. Stephen jumped in and took charge. He played a tapps and everyone was amazed on how well it sounded. He's a true professional and highly recommend Stephen.

Stephen was so attentive to me before and during my father’s funeral. He was sharply dressed, very kind and an absolute professional. He played everything we asked and had a few suggestions which were helpful on the day of since I was grieving. I would highly recommend Stephen even though his prices were higher than the others he was 100% worth it.

It's buyer beware so it is often better to go with an experienced player that can deliver rather than be disappointed with someone less capable. Mr. Wilkinson was fantastic! He arrived early and set the tone for our wedding ceremony! I recommend Stephen to any bride who is looking to add Celtic culture and a bit of musical flair to their ceremony! Bagpiper Stephen made my special day spectacular! This was a beautiful wedding in Maywood at a large Catholic church. Marble has great acoustics. ;)
The bride requested Hymns only so it was "Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing" to lead the bride in and "Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee" on the way out for the happy couple.
Beforehand it was Scottish and Irish favorites in front of the church. A great day performing for a wonderful group of people.

Stephen did an awesome job yesterday at my Father’s funeral. He also made the best suggestions on how we enter, with playing Danny Boy, my parent’s favorite song. He played Amazing Grace and continued to play as the military honor guard escorted my dad to his final resting place. I would highly recommend him.
