Frank arrived late : sorry No excuses He had to leave exactly on time . He had something else that day Our celebration of husbands life was very important to us. He was an excellent piper and our event deserved better than someone in a hurry to be on their way. Would like him to donate some of his overpaid fee to the NE Organ Bank Wendy Wright Bellingham Ma

I was about 10 to 15 min late because my GPS wasn't working correctly and I had to use WAZE to get to the gig. I called when I realized that I would be late but got her voicemail so I left a message. I know that the celebration of her husband's life was very important to Wendy and her family and I did not intend to give the impression that I was in a hurry to leave. It is a difficult time for them and I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding, if I had known that they felt that way I would certainly have stayed longer, I was in no rush to leave. I will donate my entire fee (minus the booking fee) to the New England Organ Bank in her name.

Frank was absolutely amazing at our wedding. We did not really know what we wanted played, but Frank had that completely covered. He suggested different songs for all parts of the ceremony and definitely knew what he was doing. He was super professional, and was extra prepared with rain gear for when it started drizzling. I highly, highly recommend Frank to everyone for every occasion.

I am so happy I found Frank Igoe for a special Celebration of Life we had for my deceased daughter. Frank responded to my emails promptly and professionally. He confirmed with me prior to the event and last minute details were arranged. On the day of the event Frank arrived early and was playing his beautiful bagpipes as myself and the guests arrived. His music sounded beautiful and he looked elegant in his traditional garb. I would recommend him for any event where the beautiful sound of bagpipe music is desired. Thank-you Mr. Frank Igoe!
